Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026 (draft)

Draft — under legal review. This text has not yet been approved and may change before it takes effect.

1. Who we are

This website, pxcortex.com (the “Site”), is operated by Intechnic Corporation (“Intechnic”, “we”, “us”). PX Cortex™ is a product of Intechnic Corporation. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Site, including its interactive demonstrations. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is for

The Site presents the PX Cortex platform and lets you try guided, interactive demonstrations — including voice and video conversations with AI assistants and AI-generated “digital twin” personas. The Site is a marketing and demonstration experience. It is not the PX Cortex product itself, and nothing on the Site creates a subscription, license, or service relationship.

3. Demo content is illustrative

The demonstrations — including answers from AI assistants, digital twin personas, sample data, simulations, and “receipts” — are illustrative only. They are generated by AI for demonstration purposes and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fictional. The personas shown in the demos, including those presented as healthcare professionals, are synthetic characters, not real people, and their statements are not statements of any real person.

  • Nothing on the Site is professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice.
  • Do not rely on demo output for any decision.
  • Product capabilities shown in demos are illustrative and may differ from the commercial product.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site and its interactive demos, you agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, probe, or overload the Site, its AI systems, or its infrastructure (including attempts to bypass session limits or rate limits);
  • submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others;
  • record, scrape, or redistribute demo conversations in a way that misrepresents them as statements of real people or as product commitments;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Interactive demos are subject to fair-use limits (for example, daily session caps). We may suspend or limit access at our discretion.

5. Your submissions

When you submit information through the Site — for example the demo-request form, or what you say or type during a demo conversation — you grant us the right to use that information to respond to you, operate and improve the Site and our demos, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the demos.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, animations, software, and the PX Cortex™ name and marks — are the property of Intechnic Corporation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. US and international patents pending. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Third-party services

The interactive demos are powered in part by third-party providers (for example, conversational-AI and avatar-streaming services). Their availability is not guaranteed, and demo features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE AND ITS DEMOS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTECHNIC CORPORATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE — pending legal review], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms: [CONTACT EMAIL — pending legal review].
